
Acoustic Marketing Cloud Redesign
The Acoustic design team was given an 18 month runway to unify a decades worth of acquisitions into a modern, integrated platform, with seamless, easy to use workflows across all capabilities.
The existing portfolio was a series of siloed capabilities, reflective of their origin as different applications. The UI lacked modernization and workflows were cumbersome.
Poor usability was cited as the #1 pain point.

Better understanding of customer usage/feedback with a common analytics tagging strategy, and new NPS tooling
Greater dev + design efficiency/velocity with reusable components, interactions and page templates built on a common frontend framework
